Terms & Conditions

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern the use of our pet services for boarding, day care, and pet photography. These terms apply to all pets, excluding dogs and wild animals.

Booking and Reservations:

• All bookings are subject to availability and should be made in advance.
• We require complete and accurate information about your pet's health, behavior, and special needs to ensure their safety and well-being.

Health and Vaccinations:

• Pets must be in good health and free from contagious diseases.
• Proof of up-to-date vaccinations and regular flea and tick treatments may be required.

Boarding and Day Care:

• Pets will be provided with appropriate accommodations and care during their stay.
• Food supplies will be provided by the pet owner, we dont not include food supplies in package.
• Any specific dietary requirements or medications should be provided in writing.

Safety and Behavior:

• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a pet's behavior poses a risk to other pets, staff, or the facility.
• Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

Pet Photography:

• Photo sessions will be scheduled in advance, and pets must be dropped for one day and must be well-behaved during the session.
• Photo quality and composition are subject to the discretion of the photographer.

Payment:

• Payment is due as per the agreed terms and should be settled in half or full before and rest upon service completion.
• Prices for services are subject to change, and clients will be informed in advance of any rate adjustments.

Emergency Medical Care:

• In the event of a medical emergency requiring immediate attention for a pet, PetSocietyQ8 reserves the right to seek veterinary care on behalf of the pet.
• If the client is not available or cannot be reached in a timely manner, the client agrees to be responsible for any necessary medication, treatment, or veterinary care charges incurred during the emergency, including transportation costs to the vet.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations are only accepted for future dates; no cancellations will be processed for past dates.
• Refunds will be provided based on the cancellation policy and the specific circumstances.
• Full or partial refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least [3] days before the scheduled service start date.

Liability:

• While we take all necessary precautions, pet owners acknowledge that certain risks are inherent in pet services.
• We are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss of a pet during their stay or photography session.

Client Responsibilities:

• Pet owners are responsible for providing accurate information about their pets, including health history and behavior.
• Clients are required to inform us of any changes in contact information.

Privacy and Use of Images:

• Pet photography sessions may involve the use of images for promotional purposes. Clients may opt out by informing us in writing.

Compliance with Local Laws:

• Clients must comply with all local laws and regulations related to pet ownership.

Termination of Services:

• We reserve the right to terminate services if clients fail to comply with these terms and conditions or if it is in the best interest of the pet's safety and well-being.

Force Majeure

• In cases of natural disasters, acts of nature, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services without any liability.

Please be advised that all pet owners are required to review and sign our terms and conditions document before dropping off their pets at our office for services.
